Debugging

In whatever browser you're using, make sure you know two things:

  1. How to view the page's source code
  2. How to use that browser's developer tools -- called "web inspector"

Use the school of Google to learn how.


In the old days, and maybe even now, on your handcrafted website you can actually see the raw HTML and see that behind these web pages, or these works of design or art … there's not really any magic.
